Summer is not even officially over yet and it is already chilly here in PA!I was hoping the weather will be pleasant at least until late Nov.Why did I think so? No compelling logic there!Just thought...hoped!Hoping this is a passing phase and we will have good weather again but again its just a hope!
Do any of you guys feel down during Winter, with day light savings gone? Or is it JUST ME?
Before the brutal weather kicks in , I thought we can have a good meal on the deck and so I made this simple meal.

Now you are making me jealous, Ramya! This year I cannot use the word 'heat' let alone 'scorching heat' with the East coast. There was no summer at all. This summer was all about cloudy weather and the rain.Hate it, hate it:((Totally envy you:(
Thanks Indu!I do love to cook western dishes not that I don't like Indian. In fact, Indian is my fav cuisine but I am learning other cuisines now, so am more eager to try.And the events, the main reason I do it is because I have a deadline.I would not post a single dish if there was no deadline..May be once in a year I would show up to say I have a blog:D Besides, love all the events..They are so neat!
This salad looks exactly like the type you would be served at a Greek restaurant. Except better! What a perfect addition to such a well-balanced meal.
Thanks for the entry Shri.I remember commenting the next day you posted it,looks like it did not get through.
Equally love all the 3 courses :)
